Ethylmorfine (C.₁₉H_{23NO_ (3}, M_r = 313.4 g / mol) is ge-ethyleerd morfine. Het is aanwezig in drugs als ethyl morfine hydrochloride en als een dihydraat, een wit kristallijn poeder dat is oplosbaar in water.

Effecten

Ethylmorfine (ATC R05DA01, ATC S01XA06) is een antitussivum.
