Radiotherapeutische maatregelen voor non-Hodgkin-lymfoom:
- Stralingstherapie (radiotherapie, radiatio):
- Bij patiënten met een gelokaliseerd stadium, laag-maligne niet-Hodgkin-lymfoom (NHL) probeert vroegtijdig genezing te bereiken radiotherapie.
- Als de testikels zijn aangetast, kan testiculaire bestraling worden gegeven chemotherapie.
- In CD-20-positieve folliculaire B-cel niet-Hodgkin-lymfoom door radioimmunotherapie (i, v, injectie van 90γ-gelabeld ibritumomabtiuxetan Indicaties: patiënten die recidiveren of refractair zijn na rituximab therapie en voor consolidatietherapie na CHOP-achtige therapie na initiële remissie [zie onderstaande richtlijn: radioimmunotherapie voor CD20-positieve folliculaire B-cel non-Hodgkin lymfoom].
